Correction: The previous version linked to seven unverified Amazon product IDs and contained unsupported review statistics. Those links and claims have been removed. This revised shortlist uses five Amazon product pages we checked directly. Products and configurations have changed; we are not presenting these as the former Rogue or Titan models.

A useful home-gym shortlist starts with equipment you can identify and a configuration that fits your room. Check the selected Amazon listing for the current seller, price, availability and included bundle before ordering.

REP PR-1100 — red rack, no bench

Choose this rack-only configuration when you want a cage for barbell work and already have a suitable bench, or intend to choose one separately. The linked red PR-1100 does not include a bench. It replaces the previous PR-1100/AB-3000 bundle, for which we could not verify a current offer.

Before buying: Do not compare this as the old rack-and-bench package. Budget separately for your required bar, plates, bench and any compatible attachments. Confirm the exact contents, installation instructions and working clearance before ordering.

Sunny Health & Fitness SF-XF9925

Consider this simpler cage when barbell supports and a pull-up station fit your plan and you do not need an integrated cable package. The selected model is the SF-XF9925 full-size power cage. Use that model number when checking the assembly manual and comparing compatible accessories.

Before buying: Distinguish the full cage from other Sunny rack styles. Check ceiling clearance, the floor footprint and the rated use of each support component.

MAJOR FITNESS F22 with bench

Consider this package when you want both cable exercises and barbell supports and need a bench as well. Skip the bench bundle if it would duplicate equipment you already own. This F22 selection includes a bench. Plan for both the rack and the space needed to position the bench and perform cable movements.

Before buying: A rack-and-bench package is not directly comparable with a rack-only price. Confirm the selected package contents and individual component limits.

SPORTSROYALS RK2 power cage

Consider this cage when a high/low pulley setup is part of your exercise plan, but you do not need the bench package described above. The selected RK2 is the red power-cage configuration. Keep that configuration consistent when comparing the product image, assembly instructions and accessories.

Before buying: Measure your room against the manufacturer assembly diagram. Catalog dimensions can be labeled inconsistently, so do not treat one listing field as a reliable ceiling-clearance measurement.

GOIMU C1-V4

Consider this configuration if its lat-pulldown and attachment selection matches your planned exercises. Do not choose it merely for the largest advertised capacity. The selected C1-V4 is the black-and-red cage configuration. Compare the included attachment list with the exercises you actually plan to do.

Before buying: Use the exact-version manual for assembly and component limits. A headline capacity is not an independent certification or a rating for every attachment.

Choose the configuration, not just the headline

  1. Measure your room. Allow ceiling clearance for pull-ups, space to load plates and space to move a bench. Cable movements need room beyond the frame footprint.
  2. Check the complete package. A rack-only offer, rack-and-cable bundle and full gym package are different purchases. Match the selected configuration to its contents list; do not rely on the product photograph alone.
  3. Read the installation requirements. Confirm anchoring, floor suitability and safety-bar setup for the exact model. Follow its manual; do not substitute assumptions from another rack.
  4. Separate component ratings. Static frame capacity, cable capacity, pull-up limits and safety-bar ratings describe different things. A large headline number does not establish all of them.
  5. Check accessories individually. Upright dimensions, hole spacing and pin sizes vary. Use explicit compatibility information instead of assuming that an attachment marked “universal” fits.

Review scope and buying limits

Reviewed September 17, 2026. We checked the exact linked configurations and their product images. This is a listing-based comparison, not hands-on testing, an independent safety certification or a guarantee that an offer will remain available.

The selection guidance is based on package contents and intended use, not measured durability or a customer-review ranking. Consult the exact manufacturer manual for installation and component limits. If the space, compatibility or required safety supports remain uncertain, resolve those questions before buying.
